This website is operated by Vantablack Capital Consulting Pvt. Ltd. ("we", "us"). By using it you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

This website describes our services and lets you submit an enquiry so that an advisor can contact you. It does not process applications, does not accept documents, and does not carry out any transaction.

MoneyMitra is a loan facilitation service. We introduce your requirement to banks and non-banking financial companies regulated by the Reserve Bank of India. We are not a bank, we are not an NBFC, and we do not hold a lending licence.

We do not lend money and we cannot approve a loan. Every decision to lend, and every rate, fee and term attached to a loan, belongs to the lending partner alone.

Loan amounts, ranges, interest rates and eligibility criteria described on this website are indicative and are provided for general information. They are not an offer, an invitation to offer, or a commitment to lend, by us or by any partner.

The figures that bind anyone are those in the sanction letter and Key Facts Statement issued to you by the lending partner. Read that document before you accept anything. Where it differs from this website, it prevails.

Amounts shown as a starting figure indicate where a product typically begins. They do not mean any particular amount is available to you.

The guides, articles and explanations on this website are general information. They do not take account of your circumstances, and they are not a recommendation to take any particular product or course of action.

Borrowing carries risk. If you are unsure whether a product suits you, take independent advice before committing.

When you submit an enquiry you confirm that you are 18 or over, that the information you give is accurate, and that the mobile number you give is yours and that we may contact you on it.

Submitting an enquiry places you under no obligation. It also places us under no obligation to introduce you to a partner, or to obtain a loan for you.

You may not use the forms to submit anyone else's details without their knowledge, to submit false information, or to send automated or bulk submissions.

We take care to keep this website accurate and current, but products, rates and criteria in the lending market change frequently and often without notice. We do not warrant that everything here is complete or up to date at the moment you read it.

The content, design, illustrations, logos and marks on this website belong to Vantablack Capital Consulting Pvt. Ltd. or to its licensors. You may read and print pages for your own use. You may not reproduce, republish or use them commercially without our written permission.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at New Delhi have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them or from your use of this website.

We may change these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last changed, and the version then published is the one that applies.
